Processing:
1. Typically the order prints and ships in 4-6 business days.

Shipping:
1. We shipping only to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories.
2. We do not ship to P.O. boxes
3. All customers get free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $60 or more. This is valid on all orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $60 or more; other discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal. Exclusions apply.
4. TheReal.NYC is not responsible after shipping for delivery problems or adverse weather conditions that may affect the delivery of goods.
5. If you refuse delivery of your order, and package will be returned to us, you will be assessed the 30% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
Returns and Exchanges Restrictions:
1. We accept returns within 14 days only.
2. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, excluding of shipping, handling and insurance charges.
3. For customers who have Free Shipping and would like to return certain merchandise you will incur an additional $8.95 shipping charge to compensate shipping charges.
4. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
5. Special orders and personalized items can not be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
6. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
7. TheReal.NYC is not responsible for any item that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
How to return the item:
1. Please, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. it must be approved by management first.
2. Send your request by the email: therealnycshop@gmail.com
3. Put the word "return" and the order number to the subject of your email.
In your message, please, provide your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, type of item purchased, the reason of the return.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Number and address, where to send the returning package.
2. Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "t-shirt" or other related to the package content words on the outside of the package.
3. All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.
4. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
